Pedigree

We purchased Giddy from Cindy Stahle of Honey Run in the spring of 2005 and have been thrilled with her since she came home to Hedgehog Hill!  A lovely dark liver girl with an outstanding nose, she has spent all her time out on wild birds with Bob training as a personal grouse dog.  Last hunting season was a resounding success and they are all geared up for the 2006 season.

Sherry did manage to steal Giddy out of the woods for one August 2006 weekend of showing in Ontario where she was Best of Opposite Sex two of the four days shown.

We are looking forward to seeing Giddy puppies that we are planning in the spring of 2007.  Giddy has a wonderful temperament, an intense point and intense hunting desire. Just two in July 2006, her OFA hip will be completed when she returns from a Canadian hunting trip in September.

Jammer, aka HHH Jam on the Brakes, was our pick puppy from our 2006 Nola Kobe litter, the Pasta Puppies (“Gnocchi”).  Sired by CH Honey Run’s Shifting Gears SH and our Nola, Am Can CH Shannon’s HHH Decidedly Wild JH, he has already shown intense hunting desire and pointing ability.

Jammer spent the summer of 2006 in the woods, pointing woodcock and wild grouse as part of Bob’s “Wild Bird Camp” (see training page).  He had a successful debut in the show ring in late 2006.  Check the News page for his results.

A lovely liver boy, he has outstanding movement, a wonderful happy temperament and solid bone.
